We are continuously looking for new talent for both production and specialist roles. On this page, you can explore our open positions at our factories in Finland and Estonia. If you do not find a suitable opportunity right now, you are welcome to submit an open application. We regularly review candidate profiles.
There are many ways to start your career at Stera. We recruit new employees both directly and in cooperation with our staffing partners. For this reason, not all open positions are published on these pages. Some production-related roles can be found through the recruitment channels of our staffing partners. In fact, many careers at Stera have started through a staffing company, so we encourage you to explore their open positions as well.
Each year, we offer a variety of internship and thesis opportunities for engineering and technology students. We also publish our summer job openings on this page.

You can work with us in different parts of Finland and Estonia. Each location has its own expertise, its own tasks, and its own work community. Everywhere, the goal is the same: to do demanding industrial work well and together.
